RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
There are many exciting recreational activities at Pictured Rocks Camp for groups to enjoy during their stay. Sports balls, Frisbees, trail maps, sleds etc. are all available and free to use during your stay.
- * Courts and Playing Fields - sand volleyball, basketball, grassy fields for kickball, soccer etc., 4- square and young children's playground (slide, swings etc.)
- * Faith Journey (Trust) Trail - faith building, blindfolded adventure following a rope through the woods and ending at an outdoor chapel (bandanas provided).
- * Frisbee Golf - groups may use the camp's Frisbee golf discs (driver, mid-range and putter) by request at the camp office. Must agree to replace any lost discs at a cost of $20/Frisbee.
- * Geocaching - groups may use the camp's GPS units by request at the camp office. Must agree to replace any lost or damaged units at a cost of $200/unit.
- * Hiking Trails - several miles of color-coded, easy to moderate walking trails will lead you through the woods to scenic destination points at camp and the adjacent Pictured Rocks Park.
- * Sledding - BIG sled hill with fire ring at the top for winter fun.
- * Gaga Pit - enclosed, outside dodge ball gaming area (Coming Spring 2012)
