Enjoy Gracie's homemade bread, fabulous cookies and all the other delicious food we prepare for you! Menu options are available and can be tailored to your group. We'll do our best to make sure there are options for those with diet restrictions and concerns too! Meal choices are the option of the first group to reserve on weekends with multiple groups requesting food service; however all groups are welcome to eat with us. We prepare and serve meals in Timbercrest. Meal times are 8:00, 12:00, and 6:00.

Dining Hall meeting space with indoor fireplace use is free with food service.

Groups staying in Locust or Oakwood cabins have the option of preparing their own meals in the cabin's full service kitchen. Groups staying in Cornwell Lodge who would like to prepare their own meals may reserve Oakwood cabin for cooking and dining for a $75 flat rate per weekend.

Because of Health and Food Safety standards, we no longer allow retreat groups the use of our commercial kitchen in Timbercrest.

So if dealing with food preparation and cleanup doesn't fit into your retreat schedule or sounds like a job for us, just let us know and we'll be happy to see what arrangements can be made to accommodate your group.
